Dr. Neal, Gerard and all the staff at the rTMS clinic are very professional, caring and non judgmental. rTMS is fairly well new to this country and Dr. Neal and his team are making changes to peoples' lives by offering this treatment. I hope their pioneering efforts continue to reach a wide audience so that many others in desperate need may also benefit and ultimately begin a new life. The NHS and Government spends vast amounts of money on medication, counselling, A and E visits, Doctors' visits, benefits handouts, etc. For an absolute fraction of the price it would benefit the NHS and taxpayer to pay for rTMS. Millions could be saved in the care of mental health patients. The NHS is on its knees with cuts being made to all mental health departments. It makes economic common sense to use a service like this which is being offered with complete professionalism prior to, during and after treatment. I wish the clinic every success that it so deserves.

As a patient, I first had an initial skype consultation with Dr Neal who was very informative, compassionate and reassuring. This made starting the treatment very easy and I was clear with what to expect and of the results. Throughout TMS therapy I felt very supported from Dr Neal as well as other staff with regular catch-up consultations, overall the care from Dr Neal and the team was fantastic.
