Dr Ferrin is based in the Rainham Healthy Living Centre. She spends time listening and she really cares about her patients. I had spinal surgery some years ago and suffered a great deal of pain and discomfort prior to surgery. She was always there for me and never rushed me. When my marriage broke down she sympathised and listened, never making me feel I was taking up too much of her time. I have since moved house and miss her. Other GP's have a hard act to follow.
