I have used Dr Ali as my preferred go-to GP ever since she joined the practice. I have found her most empathetic, understanding, supportive and proactive. She always shows the greatest respect giving me plenty of time. I never feel rushed. She always listens well. She makes appropriate referrals where needed and undertakes minor procedures and steroid injections where necessary. I always feel better for it when having a consultation with Dr Ali and would recommend her to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Ali since she joined the practice many years ago. I seek her out especially as she is the most trustworthy, empathetic and supportive GP I have known. She takes great care to find the absolute best and safest treatment possible for my numerous problems and comorbidities. She strives to refer to the most optimal services for the progression of my treatment. She undertakes minor surgery including steroid injections. She never makes me feel rushed. She listens carefully and is proactive in her support of her patients. I always feel valued and better off for my consultation with her. I would recommend her as a GP for everyone.

Have been waiting a month for a referral, and whenever I try to get in touch with her I'm told it's not viable unless I call first thing in the morning so I can be called back later that day with no variance. I was told by her directly that my blood tests would have to be managed elsewhere, and have yet to receive any further information other than her fobbing me off to another clinic. Which clinic? That's the burning question. Curt, rude, and uncaring.

Seen her a couple of times and I am amazed about her attention to details and how she is willing to help. She gave me a feeling I have known her for a long time that I almost felt it was a personal visit.
