Dr Szabo is an excellent Rheumatologist who takes care of her patients with dedication. She was incredibly thorough and open during our appointment.This was my first consultation with Dr Szabo and I could not be happier be under her care. Dr Krisztina listened and answered my questions in detail, she looked through my notes thoroughly and took action based on what I told her, what she could see from my notes and what she observed during the appointment and clinical examination. She is very open-minded to new ways of thinking, very polite and makes you to feel at ease immediately She is very knowledgeable in her field and now I am pain free because of her treatment. As colleague and patient I trust her 100 % .

A brilliant consultant who listens and cares and also who explains things properly and takes each patient and their circumstances into account and a great addition to the rhuematology team unlike some of my previous consultants she didn't shove pills at me and send me on my way with no information or knowledge..I've gone from not being able to walk to the end of my road in pain and tears to most days feeling like a normal human being and after having RA for 14 years that takes some doing. She asked my opinion on her opinion and I don't fear seeing her like I did my previous consultant as she will listen attentively and answer questions no matter how silly you think they are, all decisions are joint ones and I feel in good hands and my kids also want yo thank her as they have their mum back.

Having been seen by many rheumatology doctors over many years, Dr Krisztina Szabo-Kocsis is by far the most trustworthy, kind and approachable Dr I have ever seen in this field of medicine. Although at the moment she is a locum at St Marys I feel she needs to be here as a permanent member of staff. The hospital would benefit greatly by her knowledge and friendly persona to colleagues and especially her patients.
