Dressed. Proctor helped me and my family after a difficult diagnosis for my 3 weeks old baby. She was very understanding, empathetic and compassionate. She listened to us and above all refered us to our favourite consultant, Dr Sarah Lawson. Dr Proctor is a true description of a great health care professionals.

Dr Procter has seen me at some of the most difficult times of my life when I was really struggling to deal with ill health while holding down my job and coping with the stress brought on by my employer's attitude to the situation. On a practical level, she has always offered me options and been ready to talk them through if needed. However, it is her empathy and compassion that really sets her apart from other doctors. Even when I was feeling my worst, Dr Procter made sure I felt cared for. She's a true balm to the soul.
