When I saw him at the PRU in Orpington I was so impressed with him, although he was very busy he spent at least 40 minutes with us, explained everything carefully gave me a thorough examination and recommended further tests, what a lovely man, as I say he was very busy but we didn’t feel rushed at all, even at the end he asked if we had any questions. Couldn’t have got a better consultation if I had been paying. Brilliant
