Dr Konrad Grosser has a welcoming and relaxed manner and the patient is put at ease from the beginning of the visit. He is well prepared and can deal immediately with his patient's worries and doubts. His attitude is positive and his ability to explain procedures, medication etc. is appreciated, especially by patients who have little knowledge of medical procedure. He is generous with his time and explanations and the patient departs feeling that they have put their problems in the right hands.
