Profile

I obtained my primary medical qualification from India in 1987 where I also practiced as a consultant paediatrician before coming to the UK in 1997. After serving various NHS trusts for over 22 years I am now working as an independent Consultant Paediatrician with special interest in Paediatric nephrology. My practice is based in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Solihull.
During my training in UK, I worked in many hospitals from almost all the regions of UK, including Bristol Children's Hospital and University Hospital of Cardiff. I have subsequently led and designed special clinics for UTI , Bed wetting, and Kidney and Bladder disorders for last 12 years apart from my general paediatric clinics. I have been awarded with 7 discretionary points and 4 Excellence awards for exceptional contribution to NHS during various posts.

I have authored, and published many articles in peer-reviewed journals, and books.
