I owe so much to Dr Rees, I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital and he helped me ao much by ensuring I got connected to the correct specialist HCP that was based at a different hospital. It was a really scary time and he was able to ensure I had the correct advise, gave me the confidence to push back and get admitted to the correct hospital and ensured the correct hospital were waiting and ready for me on my admittance there. I really cannot thank him enough, he checked in and was very calm and really listened to everything I had to say. I'm also in no doubt of the role he played in ensuring I didn't undergo unnecessary surgery.

I have had the pleasure and luck to work with Dr Kish. He is a wonderfully supportive colleague, who treats every member of staff and patients with respect and understanding. He will take the time to listen and to educate; whether that is educating a patient about their own condition or educating colleagues. As well as in practice in A&E, he has asked me to speak to his class of med students and so I have witnessed him delivering lessons and he is very enthusiastic and tries to ensure his lessons get everyone involved and engaged, even when they have had to be delivered over zoom.

A great doctor and person. Dr Kishan has superior listening skills and beyond, being a doctor has a wide interest in news and current affairs which may or may not be affecting those who seek his advice. He considers the entire picture. Dr Kishan shows empathy while still maintaining total professionalism. His professional knowledge is vast and he can effectively relate medical information so the layperson can both understand and comprehend the possible outcome. Anyone would be very fortunate to have Dr Kishan as their doctor.

I was seen by Dr Rees at the St John and Elizabeth recently. Stressing over kidney pain, having had one bout of sepsis, my 3rd UTI and worried about a recent CT scan. Fortunately, for me, I was seen by Dr Rees. He was completely thorough, patient, totally calm and reassuring with a very paranoid and anxious patient. He went over and above to get my CT results, so I didn’t spend the entire weekend worrying. I left feeling safe in the knowledge that I’d been reviewed by an incredibly competent, conscientious and caring doctor.

Such an incredible doctor. I was seen at St John & St Elizabeth hospital for tonsillitis. I have never felt so looked after and as though I was receiving special treatment, but I soon realised he treated everyone with the same attention and thoroughness! Honestly every doctor should be like him - so lovely and he kept in contact with me the whole week that I was on antibiotics to make sure I was recovering properly. He always went the extra mile when he really didn’t have to/was so busy, I recommend and trust him 100%!
