I was at Ealing Hospital today as I had a locked jaw. When I first arrived, I was asked to wear a mask but informed them that I am exempt. Every doctor/nurse that I had spoken to was very understanding. I was waiting to be discharged as Dr Moore the head of department approached me and asked why I wasn't wearing my mask. I politely informed her that I was exempt and she said "no one is exempt in the hospital" so I explained that every doctor I had seen had no issue with this she then said "Thats because all the doctors in this hospital are sick of dealing with idiots like you". I was in complete shock so I began to cry as she hid in the staff room and refused to come out.

To Whom It May Concern, I arrived at the Ealing hospital, which was literally bathed in blood, for which I was assisted by the nurse and a doctor, who were quite sensitive to the situation. They asked me all the necessary questions, and I collaborated in everything I was asked, the problem was, when the nurse told me to wait because she had to consult with the gynecologists, and to my disappointment was that they weren't any gynecologist, according to the opinion the clinical Lead Concultand named Kisha Moore, according to her, the case was not an emergency, so I could go home and she will prescribe some pills, which I strongly denieded, since my questions to this lady were not unswerd, I asked why more pills if I was already with the of tranxamic acid, noreth isterone, and others that were not working, I told her that I was not a guinea pig. Since I was in the hall, because the ambulatory workers asked me to go, because they did not do something, did not cover up the problem? and a there began to tell me that she had written the rules and by not one instanter could be operated or do something similar ... and other protocol. Then this Consultant Moore, told me that in the united kingdom urgent meant no other thing, literally she was patronising me, because she could see that my English is not perfect, and that my case was just a fibroma and that she had already lost a lot of her time with me ... is when I told her that she was a rude and bad mannered to stop treating me as an ignorant or an illiterate, because the fact that I'm not British does not mean did not understand. not only that, she started to scream a the other doctor that was apologizing for everything, so I reply back at her by telling her that that wasn't her child to be spoken like that.
