I have a very complex physical/mental health history which both connect to each other in many ways. Treating me has been complex too!
A lot of general named physical conditions e.g. arthritis can be painful in varying degrees personally it's very painful for me especially my feet and hands.
My GP acknowledged this and all the other painful conditions I have. It meant a lot to me as she worked with me to make my conditions easier to live with.
As for my mental health some days I wasn't rational or wanting to give up on life.
With the mental health cuts there was no support for me from the mental health sector but my GP was their for me and got me through some really heartbreaking times. I think the care given at the Tudor Lodge Centre by any of the staff is good
and if patients are courteous and polite to them they are to you!
