I am waiting for a kneel replacement op. I was in great pain unable to walk, Dr Chandan explained the procedure for an injection into the knee to help alleviate the pain. The injection did not cause pain the results are good. I know the effect of the injection will not last for that long but in the mean time it is making my life so much easier.

The care given by my Doctor is excellent. He listens to me and offers excellent advise.
I feel that he is with me on my journey through type 2 diabeties and his support and the practice support both other Doctors and Nurses is really encouraging me to keep up the fight.

Saw Dr Chandan about pain in my feet. He listened and then explained clearly what the problem was and the treatment needed. Another appointment was needed for a cortisone injection and he quickly booked me in. An attentive doctor who has time to listen and cares.

Dr Chandan has worked as a hospital doctor in stroke, geriatrics and as a general physician. He joined the Bromley Common Practice in November 2014 and qualified as a GP trainer in February 2015. Trained to start insulin when needed in diabetic patients. He performs dementia and elderly checks, was nominated as Dementia Lead for Bromley and has a special interest in stroke and diabetic treatment. Administers all types of joint injections. Dr Chandan then joined blackthorn med centre in Maidstone in jan 2022. Since then he has become a GP partner at Aylesford Medical Centre from March 2023.
