Share review of Dr Kim Tay

I think Dr Tay is a competent doctor and I have not had any problems with his diagnosis but on the few occasions that I have been to see him I have always had a lengthy delay even when I have an appointment first thing in the morning. Dr Tay has the appearance of being busy and overworked when you are with him, writing notes etc, and I always get the impression that he is in a hurry to get me out of his room as quickly as possible.
