Dr Hynes was incredibly rude. Despite the patient being advised to attend the hospital by the NHS helpline, he took no time to listen to the patient and degraded and belittled the symptoms of the patient. Bloods and scans were returned clear of which the patient was already aware but Dr Hynes refused to listen further (despite persistent symptoms). More than anything the doctors incredibly rude and abrupt responses and inability to listen to the patients concerns were unacceptable.
