Dr Kevin Kiff was absolutely phenomenal. My 7 year old son (who has special needs) was cared for, by Dr Kiff yesterday (13/4/2022). With all do respect, its not often a parent remembers the names of all members of the care team when their child has surgery, as its a stressful time. However from the moment Dr Kiff came to meet my son and I before the operation, he really put me at ease, and treated my son wonderfully. He was incredible putting my terrified boy under, and so understanding and patient with me while waiting for him to come round again. I will definitely be taking him in some chocolates, when we go for the post op appointment. His final words to me were, “your son is very lucky to have you as his mum”, now he possibly says this to everyone, but, that sentence gave me so much strength and confidence, while helping my son recover. A truly wonderful man, who treated his team with so much respect also
