Was very nervous before undergoing an operation to put a plate in my shoulder following an accident at work. Dr James Wilson was very comforting & explained the whole procedure to me prior to putting me under. He kept my spirits up & even managed to get my wedding rings off without cutting them off. A very good experience under trying conditions on my part.
