Dr Guha is the the definitive article when it comes to the specialist cardiologist. Dr Guha is totally professional, and uses his immense expertise to put the patient at ease, & feel comfortable. He listens, & allows the patient to freely expound upon the issues at hand. He carefully explains his findings in layman's terms, and offers advice & related reading material, and where to access more specialised detail, as well as jotting down & providing bullet points of his conclusions. (Very helpful when trying to remember lots of comments from one of his excellent consultations.) He exudes a formidable technical confidence, but still always remains empathetic, approachable & reassuring. With his superb personal skills, & vast experience in his chosen field, I cannot recommend the services he provides highly enough. Top man.

I've known Doc GuHa since 2016, when after introductions and tests on my heart he said if we had not got you when we did you would have died within 2 weeks. Some comfort but he ran further tests and came up with some new tablets which have worked brilliantly. Since then he has kept a distant eye on me, introducing new tabs to help my heart condition and running tests to ensure that things are not changing. His bedside manner is quiet and informal so one feels at ease and that one can talk openly as two friends do.

I cannot thank Dr Guha and his team at the cardiology department enough for the treatment I have received over the last 12 months (and continue to receive). Despite all the difficulties for everyone during this period of the pandemic they have been magnificent. I had two separate admissions to the cardiology department during 2020 and on both occasions the necessary treatment was delivered promptly and with great care and efficiency. The same goes for several follow-up sessions as a cardiology out patient. I will continue to be monitored by Dr Guha and I am very grateful to be in his care.

I cannot thank Dr Guha enough for his reassuring care from when I was in a terrible condition at the end of 2019, the successful heart operation in 2020 and the positive results from the ECGs now. Dr Guha explained everything I needed to know clearly and made me feel at ease during the conversations. If there were changes required to progress he would explain the reasons why in a friendly and patient way. Thank you Dr Guha, and the NHS for the wonderful care I received. You will be in good hands with Dr Guha as your consultant.
