I appreciate that Dr Plummer has moved on from this practice however I feel obliged to provide a review as my experience under her care was in total contrast to that of the only other review on this site. Dr Plummer provided me with excellent care and was proactive, well informed and gave me a range of options to consider. She was efficient and pleasant to deal with. I was very sorry to learn that she had left the practice.

She was late for the first appointment of the day without apology. She did not listen to my health concerns and did not want to make the appropriate referral to a specialist. He manner is rude and abrupt. I am glad she has left our GP now.
