dr. rudell was very friendly and relaxed, putting me completely at ease. i was very stressed because i hadn't been sleeping and was worried about the resultsof a blood test. she calmy told me there was a minor concern about my potassium level and that the blood test needed to be repeated. in the meantime, she told me that the best way to remedy this was to eat a banana. also that i had a virus which, although it had unpleasant side effects such as a racking cough, followed by diarrhoea, etc. was not serious. she advised rest, taking plenty of fluids etc.
