I sympathise with GPs under this Tory mis-government but I've generally been left feeling short-changed on the rare occasion I've visited the health practice. However, this changed dramatically when I was seen by Dr Allison. I missed a scheduled call and that would normally have been the end of it but Dr Allison tried me again until I picked up, and stayed late to see me. I felt she listened and asked questions with a genuine attempt to understand my issue. I've felt rushed out of the door before now but Dr Allison made time for me and genuinely cared. For the first time I have received follow-up calls checking on my health with advise on lifestyle changes. Dr Allison is simply a fantastic doctor and I feel confident my health is in the best hands. I just hope she stays at this practice.

After many years of fearing the doctor's, I now feel I may be able to not be so afraid anymore and that is all thanks to Dr Alison. It really means a lot to feel like someone is actually listening to what you're saying. I'm so grateful. Thank you x

Fantastic doctor, caring, supportive and understanding. Good to have a doctor that's professional but generally cares about health and wellbeing. I still agree with others that if Dr K Allison would considered an extra career alongside GP role be great CBT Therapist or Talking Therapist for mental/emotional health. She could be Crosshills Group Practice: Talking Therapist for mental health, CBT and still be a GP long a side!!!!

Was listened too and reassured about my medical issue. Dr Allison is honest and gets to the point of what causing the problem. Dr Allison is professional and caring.
