Dr Hepenstall gave me lots of her time. She listened to me and replied to my questions in a polite and informative way. She explained things to me in a way that made perfect sense to a layman such as myself. I also received a telephone call from her when she received a letter from the hospital regarding my medication. To me this shows that she is thinking of her patients welfare all of the time.
