Doctor Havers is a dream doctor, she is sympathetic, understanding, knowledgeable and isn't frightened to make a decision where others did and left me in extreme pain.
My whole family now see's only her, as we are confident that when we need help we are going to get it.
She is the person who when you have been seen by her, you realise that some people like her were meant to be a doctor.
I only hope that she stays at the practice, as there are very few and far between doctors who I can 'hand-on-heart' say is five stars at their job.
