Having seen the withdrawal of funds over the past 35 years I realise the difficulties that psychiatrists must face when they decide who needs further help. I misjudged Dr. Krall as a result of something in the past and would value her being touch so I might apologise to her directly. I found her approach gentle and kindly but firm when necessary without being cruel or unfeeling. Towards the end of my appointments with her my sister came with me to take notes and prevent my frequent angry bouts which are a feature of my illness. She is a lady who bears everyone with a huge amount of patience - I hope that I have cause to meet her again and I'm genuinely sorry to have lost touch with her. David Sayer.
