Dr Karen Sennett has been my GP for a few years and on the occasions that i do need to see her she is has been pretty insensitive, patronising and just does not listen, she constantly talks over you so you never really get to explain yourself and she rushes you out the door or off the phone. I have always found it hard to take her word for things because how can someone know what you're going through if they don't listen and talk over you?
I understand she has a lot of patents and a busy schedule but this is her job, is it really too much to ask for someone to actually listen? without interrupting?
*Stop interrupting people.
*Show some compassion.
*Listen.
