All my family have seen this doctor and we have never had a complaint.
There have been a couple of times when this doctor had been the one to call me for a phone appointment and she is very polite and caring even having prescriptions made up and delivered to my home.
I did in fact see her today and up on entering her room she told me about something from my records that she would chase up and printed what she needed before I entered the room. This little thing made me feel better as I knew she had pre read my notes.
When explaining why I was there she made me feel welcomed, looking at me the whole time and showing concern.
A great doctor I would recommend.
