Dr. Koshal was genuinely concerned about my condition. He listened intently and patiently. He understood my concern and recommended a face to face consultation going forward. From my desperation that the pain was something I have to live with to confidence, my condition will be treated is such a relief. I wish I could see this Doctor regularly. He was wonderful, caring and my appreciation is bountiful. The Waterfield Practice needs more Doctors of this calibre. Thank you
