Dr Koshal had taken the time to get familiar with my problem - introduced herself and asked lots of relevant questions.
I was immediately reassured that I was in good hands.
The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and after a series of questions concluded that my problem was getting better and no further action required.
It was a very good call.
