He introduced himself politely and asked if I was happy to continue. He had access to my medical notes and was aware of the content. He spoke clearly and asked if I was aware of certain information. He explained the information that I was unaware of. He listened carefully, sympathetically and patiently without interrupting. I didn’t feel rushed. He explained the medication and gave me advice as to what to do next regarding a follow up with my GP.
