Dr Kara Kennerley

Since this virus and the Dr. been on baby leave I not yet seen or spoken to her. She back now and I'm pleased about that but the virus is a pain because I have tried many time ringing up and just get a message saying that I'm number whatever in the que after a while my phone line goes of so I ring again and still same thing happens then when I finally get thought sorry no appointments call back. Wow I am now going to have a phone call on Wednesday because my bloods are not right and was sent a text message saying I have to speak to a DR.so of cause I pick my favorite one DR. K Kennerley.

Dr K Kennerley is my favorite Doctor, and without any doubt I would recommend her. I trust her, she makes me feel at ease and we both make each other laugh. I totally respect her 100%. Even though there are Doctors and Nurse that I have not seen they still do a good job as others have commented on their favorite ones, The important thing about the staff is there trust and when there is that then that how you get a good Dr . However the patients should always respect the Dr or staff they go and see. The receptions work hard to and the only thing that I have against them is when to I have to tell them why I need to see a Dr. but with this virus about then the freedom of just wanting to tell the Dr why you come as been taken away from us. Also many time I have no clue what the reception name is because when they answer the phone they jump in and say what is your name and so on, many times I have asked them for there names before I tell them what I have rang up for. One said to me once why do you want to know, my reply was because I would like to know to who I am specking to and its polite to know. Anyway on the whole its a good doctors. Back to Dr K Kennerley I hope you get to read this as I think you will guess who I am, Hope your enjoying your time off with your baby and I can not wait to see some baby photos when you get back.

This doctor's ability to reach a true diagnosis is exceptionally good. She is an extremely good communicator and listens and questions beyond the initial consultation. That says a great deal in a very busy practice

Dr Kennerley really listens to you and explains things to you in simple terms. She is very thorough and a very caring doctor. She helped me with my problems and soon diagnosed my illness as fibromyalgia. She has helped me by referring me to other clinicians so that I may benefit from their expertise too. I think she is a very valued member of Brook medical centre practise and hope she remains so for a long time. I know that appointment times are limited to ten minutes and I try to keep it brief but there is always a feeling of being rushed. Even two more minutes may make all the difference. I must add though that Dr Kennerley never shows any sign of trying to get you out for the next appointment.
