Dr Mohammed had a pleasant welcoming manner which put me at ease immediately. He was quiet and assured which gave an air of competence. He made it clear that he would explain the results of my tests and that we would discuss them and I could ask any questions. He made it clear that all of the questions I asked were valid and answered in full and was never dismissive of any of my concerns. He made it clear that he was not in a rush and that I would have time to express all of my concerns and consider the options. He was clear that I could contact him again at a time to be arranged to discuss further any concerns that I have or to reconsider the options open to me, The meeting with Dr Mohammed helped me to feel greatly reassured, gave me clear options for treatment and provided for further discussion and support.

In my 2 years of living in Hull I have not been overly impressed with the doctors I've seen because with most of them I got the impression that they were more concerned with getting me in and out as fast as possible and onto the next patient, rather than being concerned about what was wrong with me. However, Dr Mohammed seemed to be guienly concerned about not just the treatment I would receive from him but also my long term treatment. He not only asked me about the issues that I'd been referred to him regarding, but also about any other issues I was having. He was exactly what I would want from a doctor and its a shame that I don't have the faith in my own gp that I had in Dr Mohammed.

I had an excellent experience with Doctor Mohammed. He listened to everything and answered all my concerns. I found he was very knowledgeable about my conditions and explained everything to me coherently without dumbing it down. Very happy with the service. 10/10

After my appointment, I left feeling that Mr Mohammed had listened to my concerns regarding an on-going health problem. He summarised all that he was going to do regarding the next steps, and I felt positive he would thoroughly investigate my case. However, my only suggestion for improvement was that he assured me I would obtain a letter from him and copies of my blood results prior to my GP receiving them. Unfortunately, this did not occur.
