Very thorough; listened attentively; asked clearly relevant questions; calm, empathic and unhurried manner whilst very efficient. Took the trouble to consider other aspects of health, including and especially preventative measures (smear), health checks (5 year MOT), and relevant medical history (cancer within the family). And I got an appointment to see him the same day. Thank you.
