Dr Hughes is my mother's GP. I have always found her to be patient, understanding and she always explains any medication she prescribes and gives reasons for any further treatment or referrals she recommends. She always directs her conversation to my mother and she always takes time to listen to both my mother and myself. I would recommend her without reservation.
The only difficulty we have with the surgery is the delay in being able to have a none urgent appointment with the GP of choice, which I assume is due to the volume of requests. However we have always been able to get an emergency appointment with one of the GPs on the day of request.
