Had a phone consultation with Dr. O'Hagan regarding chemo following my bowel cancer operation
She was very informative about the chemo side effects and possible improvement in survival rate
I was given opportunity to raise any questions and the consultation was very satisfactory

Dr O’Hagan has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. She comes across as cold and uncaring. She treated my mum for SSLC and each time we visited she couldn’t remember who my mum was and on one occasion read the wrong notes before my mum came in.
