Awful, awful Doctor. Did not listen. Rude, aggressive and dismissed my issue. Thankfully I made a appointment to see another gp who was caring and had a professional approach.

Went to see the doctor for some urgent treatment. Good and attentive, answered our questions. Knowledgeable and recommended a plan of treatment. Would recommend.

In 2006 I started suffering a peculiar kind of pain that several doctors could not diagnose accurately. The only doctor who could sort me out was the lovely Dr. Kitlowski. Also, in 2011 I had quite a bad nervous and emotional illness, and, once again, she was brilliant. She spent ages listening to me and said that if I felt the illness coming on again, to book a double appointment so she could have longer with me. I absolutely cannot understand the previous review on this site. I recommend Julie Kitlowski without reservation. She is first class in my opinion. The surgery I saw Dr. Kitlowski at was the St. Anne's Medical Village.

I would never recommend anyone to see this "dr". She was so rude, aggressive, unprofessional and uncaring when I had an appt with her. She did not listen to what I had to say. She kept interuppting me, shouting down at me and was more bothered about her thirty year career than caring for my basic needs. She made me feel awful about my condition. It is hard enough to go to the drs when you are feeling unwell and vunreable. She made me feel 100 times worse. She came across as entitled and very uncaring. My consultation became about *yawn* her and about her reputation/career rather than it be about my care. Her tone in how she spoke to me was undermining and threatening. Whilst continuing shouting at me. When you go to see a dr you should be able to feel safe and trusted. She violated that. She could see that I was upset from her behaviour but she did not care and continued.
