I really miss Dr Julie Gillies being at Crosshouse Hospital. Our loss is her new hospital & patient's gain. She is a very caring Consultant but also extremely knowledgeable. I can only say she is irreplaceable, no one can come close to her all round capabilities at Crosshouse. I have to say I was devastated when I found out she'd left Crosshouse Hospital. However, I know she will be giving her new patients the best care & expertise. Patients who are cared for by Dr Gillies will know how lucky they are to have her as their Consultant. I'm sure at Crosshouse the staff & colleagues who worked with Dr Gillies miss her too.
