Dr. Singer is a very understanding and approachable man. He became my oncologist in 2012 when I developed breast cancer. He was excellent and gave the best treatment and support I could have ever wished for. Ten years clear now and speaking to him today for my yearly check he put me at total ease by saying I was no longer in remission and in fact cured. It was a weight lifted. Such a lovely man that along with Dr. Jenkins saved my life and for that I’m eternally grateful. If he reads this, I hope you still wear your colourful shirts.

Doctor Singer listened but did not act. As a result of his inaction, treatment for cancer was delayed and his patient's ability to survive was lessened. It took five weeks for a biopsy sample result to be returned, instead of three to seven days. By which time any treatment would have no effect . Doctor Singer was my wife's oncologist. A very charming and polite person , on the face of it but , with a doctor you need action's and not words. Choose another.

I am working GP in NHS. I was referred to Dr Singer after my upper lobectomy for adenocarcinoma for adjuvant therapy. He is a friendly and caring consultant. He wished me while I was waiting outside, he invited all who were with me. He examined me thoroughly and I felt he was aware of my case before he saw me face to face. He listened to me and my family questions patiently. He clearly explained options available in my case and complications. I explained to him about my second opinion option he was happy for me to have one while going through process of adjuvant therapy as critical time after surgery was approaching. His registrar Dr Sarah and nurse Chippo were very friendly and caring during my presence. He involved his registrar in my case and he explained pros and cons of his decision to his junior.

I was first referred to Dr Julian Singer about 4 years ago at The Rivers Clinic in Sawbridgeworth and at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow .I highly recommend him as he has a very calm and sensitive approach to any concerns you have before, during and after your treatment. Any questions are always explained with as much detail as you want and your consultation never feels rushed. You always come away either feeling reassured or your concerns followed up quickly with further investigations ie.blood tests, scans etc. In conclusion you know you are in safe hands and respect and trust him thoroughly. I agree with a previous reviewer, we are very lucky to have him at our local NHS hospital in Harlow. I

Dr Julian Singer is a wonderful Doctor and has our utmost respect, Although every day faced with many patients he still makes the time to care, with the correct balance of medical advice along the way, it is a very difficult path to walk for any family and knowing Dr Singer walks with you just makes life a little easier and I thank Dr Julian Singer on behalf of myself and our family. x

Always listens and answers any questions with great patience. Throughout treatment has never told me more than he knows I can cope with. I always leave an appointment with Dr Singer feeling very reassured and have been given, and still continue to recieve the very best of care. I would wholeheartedly encourage people to to see him and feel we are very lucky to have him in this area.
