An absolutely fantastic Doctor. He tends to run over time on appointments but that is because he actually listens carefully to you rather than being a number, called in, sent out within a few minutes. He has been our family GP since our previous Dr moved away. I wouldn't change Dr Hancock for the word, he has literally saved my life on many occasions.
