Dr Julia Weatherill

I have had the pleasure of working with Julia for the past 6 years as a part time locum in Northampton General Hospital. She enjoys excellent rapport with her patients and colleagues and I know many juniors look forward to when she is on call. Her excellent leadership and management style means juniors go the extra mile. Sadly all too often in the NHS consultants feel the more they shout and sweat the human capital the better the results.
