I cannot understand the other review. I've found Dr Crowley to be an excellent doctor in all respects, particularly at listening and advising sensibly.

When I described my symptoms, Dr Crowley appeared to dismiss them and implied I do not know my own body. Also, she allegedly tested my urine sample, but failed to allow a few seconds for the result to develop, and said it was clear. Two days later, another doctor did the same test, and told me there was no way it could have been clear during the previous week. Dr Crowley prescribed a treatment which was totally unsuitable. If the outcome of her negligence/ignorance had been more serious, I would have had no hesitation in lodging a formal complaint.
