I have seen Dr Batty on and off for a number of years and she is always friendly and open and calls me by my name. She listens to what I have to say and asks relevant questions and always gives praise when I’ve achieved another step towards better health. I always feel completely understood when I leave the appointment and I feel inspired to keep going forward towards my healthcare goals. Thank you Dr. Batty :)
