I have not seen Dr English since my sons first psychotic episode in 2014. Unlike the first review, subsequently amended, she did have time to see my husband and me after my son’s first outpatient appointment. She was impressive and matter of fact but not uncaring.
Our son has great faith in her but as her job has changed geographically no longer sees her. I expect like many areas Tayside has different staff dealing with the inpatient service and those not in hospital so continuity is difficult
