I was seen by Dr Kovoor at UCL hospital. He listened to me attentively and explained things in a clear manner with illustrations that made me to understand my issue well. I felt assured and comforted, as well as I appreciated his sound medical advice and friendly approach.

Really helpful, felt at ease and really listened to by Dr Kovoor. Felt like my concerns were valid and he helped me with all my questions and any issues I felt I was having. Ended the telephone call feeling very reassured and happy with the outcome.
