Dr York is very patient and never tries to hurry you - it means she gets behind with her appointments but because you know that she will give you the same time it doesn't matter. If she is not sure of a diagnosis she discusses your problem with her colleagues and is never afraid to refer you if she can't treat you because you need a specialist.

Dr. York is considered trustworthy because she listened to our concerns regarding our ailment/sickness and always referred to specialist to further investigate the cause of the problem.

Dr York listens as well as ask questions to get the bottom of the problem, then work with the patient from there on wards, making sure raised health concerns are investigated.
