I've seen multiple Dr's at Greystone Surgery and all are excellent, but I am now under the primary care of Dr York, so the review is based on my experience with her. I've been with this surgery for over 10 years now and seen them on and off, but over the last 4 years or so I developed a chronic condition (possibly multiple). I don't believe that we have found the root cause (or all causes) yet. Mentally I feel like I have become a burden for them but each time I have seen Dr York she has left me with extremely positive experiences. Dr York is very professional, she listens to what you have to say to build up a good understanding of what you are going through. Her knowledge of various conditions is exceptional and I always feel like she has thought through all the possibilities before suggesting the next course of action. As a result of these appointments I've had a number of referrals to consultants, which sometimes are dead ends. However, I return to Dr York who always listens and never writes you off, it's been one of the only things that's kept me going throughout these issues and I can't thank her enough. I do now feel like, because of her excellent care that I am getting to the answers I need to get well again. These are difficult times with Covid and I think Dr York (and others) have performed so well considering the issues they face. The NHS should be extremely proud to have you working for them! Thank you for everything you do for me!
