Dr York is very patient and never tries to hurry you - it means she gets behind with her appointments but because you know that she will give you the same time it doesn't matter. If she is not sure of a diagnosis she discusses your problem with her colleagues and is never afraid to refer you if she can't treat you because you need a specialist.
