Dr Neale has supported myself and my daughter over a 2 year period. She is very professional and personable. She took the time to listen to us and acknowledged as my daughters situation progressed that there was further complex issues underlying her presentation. She listened what what I thought might be the cause, looked into this and this made me feel that she cared, was open to what I believed to be happening and was supportive. She gave sensible and helpful recommendations and referrals and we felt supported by her.

Before we met Dr Neale I was extremely concerned about my child, their mental health and safety. After a thorough assessment Dr Neale gave us plans to ensure my child was safe and referred us on for weekly therapy. 18 months on, as a parent I am relieved that my child is in a much better place with regards to their mental health, well-being and personal safety. I don’t think you ever stop worrying as a parent but now I feel that my child has the skills to be able to tackle what comes their way in life.

Dr Neale saw myself and my daughter through from the point of near crisis to stability. I thank her for taking the time to listen, understand and develop a plan of action. I took so much comfort and confidence in that she completely understood the challenges in our life and worked with us to find the best way forward. Dr Neale's advice was thorough, flexible and always had my daughter firmly in mind. Thank you for the amazing work you do, our children are far more resilient for it.

I felt at my very first appointment with Dr Neale she listened to me. She really took the time to understand my anxiety issues and came up with a solution not only with medication but my whole well being. My regular zoom call chats were helpful and I felt comfortable talking about how I felt. Meeting Dr Neale has made huge positive steps on my road to coping with my anxiety.
