I had a problem with blocked ears and was desperate to get it sorted ASAP. I found the CEDA website and decided to make an appointment having read several excellent reviews. On my first appointment Joe introduced himself and he has a very easy manner. He diagnosed an infection in my left ear and compacted wax in my right ear. After using Otomize and putting olive oil in my right ear for 4 days, I returned for a second appointment. Joe removed the wax and confirmed the infection was improving greatly. Despite having two appointments I was only charged for one treatment of both ears. I was very impressed with his professionalism and assured approach to his work. I would highly recommend the clinic and would definitely use them again for any minor medical issues, rather than have a long wait for an NHS appointment.

Dr McGilligan explained the procedure beforehand to put me at ease. The procedure itself was carried out professionally and with care and attention. I would definitely see Dr McGilligan again if needed and would recommend him.

I went for an ear wax removal and Dr. McGilligan was very good at informing me what the procedure entailed and that he would stop if my ear started to hurt. I would definitely recommend him.
