I found Dr McGilligan sympathetic, quiet, calm & very re-assuring. He took the trouble to draw diagrams to illustrate the diagnosis & calmly got on with various tests before coming to his conclusions. I was delighted to be seeing such a lovely man with great attitude & empathy. I just hope he never leaves my GP practice!!
