Warm and relaxing welcome.
There was a nurse working along side him, you could feel the professional bond between them both, friendly, relaxing and reassuring, throughout my whole visit.
Totally professional.
Explained slowly and clearly what he was going to do, even drew a picture. After the procedure which went well, explained what he observed and showed me what was removed, which I was happy to see. Explained aftercare even though he gave me a print out.
Throughout the procedure he chatted helping me feel relaxed.
Total respect for this Doctor.
