Not talking over a telephone to a doctor I have never met.Being rushed through the call not sure the doctor was aware of my medical history.Failing to prescribe a repeat prescription for pain killers. Not being able to address the situation with anybody.Feel very let down by the surgery.

Dr Velasco is ONE OF A KIND! A great listener and friendly doctor. He gives great advice in his specialist areas and I would recommend to anyone.
